The WR Guild Welcomes Shannon Connor Winward

The Written Remains Writers Guild is pleased to welcome Shannon Connor Winward as its newest member. Shannon is also a member of the WR Mixed Genre Critique Group.

Shannon Connor Winward is a Delaware writer of poetry and fiction. Her work has appeared in dozens of venues, including: Pedestal Magazine, Strange Horizons, Flash Fiction Online, This Modern Writer [Pank Magazine], Vestal Review, Hip Mama Zine, The Magazine of Speculative Poetry, Delaware’s own Dreamstreets, and the anthologies Twisted Fairy Tales: Volume Two (Wicked East Press), Jack-O'-Spec: Tales of Halloween and Fantasy (Raven Electrik Ink) and Spec-tacular: Fantasy Favorites from Raven Electrick Ink.

Shannon celebrated this past Halloween with the completion of her first novel, “To the Touch”. She then stumbled into an unexpected love-affair with November’s miniWRIMO (sponsored by the Written Remains Writers Guild), which produced two short stories and a novella. She is currently conceiving her next novel, a fantasy having something to do with crows and owls.
